- ACHS PTO will not be held liable for damages or accidents incurred during the festival.
- All school rules and/or regulations will be in effect throughout the festival. Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and/or weapons are prohibited. Pets are not allowed on school property.
- ABSOLUTELY no smoking.
- Tables and/or other equipment are not furnished by ACHS PTO. Electricity is limited!
- Tax collection is the responsibility of the vendor.
- Temporary restaurant vendors must:
-Return necessary completed forms & fees to the Amherst County Health Department two weeks prior to festival.
-Pass inspection by the Health Inspector on Saturday morning
- Costume jewelry without hand embellishment is prohibited!
- To ensure validity of hand crafting, ALL crafters must actively work on your crafts during festival OR post pictures.
- Registration form must be filled in completely.
- NO blanks or miscellaneous categories.
- Confirmation cards MUST BE presented PRIOR to setting up.
- Vendor identification must be worn at all times.
- After unloading, please move your vehicle to the last row of back parking lot.
- Any vendor not registered 30 minutes before festival opens will forfeit space.
- The Apple Harvest Festival is an arts & crafts ONLY event. All items sold must be hand made.
